Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Website purpose

This website describes NAVORTA real-world business verification and field-intelligence services. Website content is informational and does not itself create a binding offer, guarantee or professional opinion.

2. Verification scope

NAVORTA verifies factual, observable conditions within an agreed assignment. The scope, locations, timing, evidence requirements, limitations and deliverables must be agreed separately for each project. A verification result reflects the evidence that could reasonably be collected within that scope and time.

3. No guarantee of a particular result

A requested fact may be confirmed, contradicted, unavailable or inconclusive. NAVORTA does not guarantee that every location will be accessible, every item will be observable or every requested fact can be proven. Missing or insufficient evidence should be reported as such.

4. Not a substitute for regulated professional services

Unless expressly agreed and provided by an appropriately qualified specialist, NAVORTA field verification is not a licensed technical inspection, engineering certification, legal opinion, regulatory approval, insurance loss adjustment, forensic investigation, security certification or other regulated professional service.

5. Forms and registrations

Submitting a verification request or field-partner registration does not create an order, employment relationship, agency, representation or guaranteed engagement. Any paid assignment or commercial arrangement requires separate agreement on the relevant scope and terms.

6. Field evidence and lawful collection

Evidence must be collected lawfully and within the agreed assignment. Users and field partners must not obtain access by deception where prohibited, enter restricted areas without permission, interfere with operations or collect unnecessary personal, confidential or protected information.

7. Availability and geographic coverage

NAVORTA is building coverage market by market. A website request does not mean that a suitable operator or verification method is available in every location. NAVORTA may decline work that cannot be delivered safely, lawfully or reliably.

8. Website availability and third-party services

The website may rely on third-party hosting and form-processing services. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, and external services may be subject to their own terms.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that apply under relevant law.
